Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Be in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

  • Not show signs of wear, damage, stains, or alterations.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel

  • Swimwear without the original hygiene liner

  • Earrings and certain accessories

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or color, please contact our customer support team before returning your item.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

Refund Process

Once your returned package has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped.

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

  • The return is the result of our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking.
